Productivity is a spectrum. I avoided my backlog by teaching myself draw.io to build my file structure as a flowchart. Could I have done it in Markdown in 1/6 of the time? Absolutely. Did I? Absolutely not. But hey! I learned a new tool, made a mediocre diagram, and my tickets are still there.
