Since when was Timspon's not allowed to remove a blank key blade and install a used key blade to a new fob? Typically the new case is fine, but the old blade button is different and won't fit it. Local Timspon's said they can't do it, or cut the old key to the new... so what do they do?

Arb spacers installed. Hope that's the end of the knocking. 3D printed rear fins also installed after months of putting it off. Still have the old one, but at least I won't catch my legs on it anymore.

Well, to no surprise the drop links are clonking again. So made some spacers for the rear ARB to push it out by 5mm which should lessen the aggressive angle on the links. And if 5mm still isn't enough, another plate, 10mm.
