Liking video games has become like, THE worst, most exhausting hobby of my life. I am so over having to run a full background check on a studio to make sure the game that looks exciting wasn't made using AI. Can this shit be over already? I'm genuinely running out of capacity to care.

Is it just me or is #gamescom getting fuller every year? At this point I can barely bring myself to buy tickets anymore. I'm also absolutely against the wildcard system personally. You can already barely playtest if you are not media on trade day, why do you have to let in more people at 1pm?

Something that people who generate images with AI don't seem to understand, is that the problem was never the quality of the image. AI generated images are bad because they are soulless randomly weighted averages. A high resolution caricature of art. You can't make a machine fake having a soul.

Fuck AI Seriously I didn't loose my employment to it, but I for sure lost my "job". My days are spent telling the exec suite mandated lie machine what to do. All the exciting tasks get given to it instead of me now, and I'm stuck asking it to reformat ansible playbooks. Fuck this shit

@fireproofgames.com with Ghost Town no longer being labled as "VR Exclusive" on the steam page. Are there plans to make Ghost Town playable without a VR Headset? And maybe even making The Room VR playable without one? It would be a real boon to people who can't play VR due to health or price issues
