Was er nicht gesagt hat, aber meiner Meinung nach meint: Patient*innen sind viel mehr durch schlechtes Rettungsfachpersonal gefährdet, die Mindeststandards nicht erfüllen, statt durch sehr gutes Rettungsfachpersonal, welches in Einzelfällen Maßnahmen ergreift, die über dem „Standard“ sind.

Deine Quelle (BMEL) sagt ja auch "Vergleich von Produkten, die Alternativen für spezifische Verzehrgelegenheiten (gleiche Mahlzeiten) darstellen", also durchaus Kekse vs. Chips (für Snack) od. Pommes vs. Bratkartoffeln (KH-Ant. Hauptmahlzeit) – anders als oben dargestellt, darauf bezog ich mich :)

Verstehe generell den Nutri-Score Hate tbh nicht. Viele weit verbreitete Mythen zu dem Thema. Klar kommen einzelne Unsinnigkeiten bei rum (z.B. Pommes), über die man sich lustig machen kann, aber im Großen eine super sinnvolle Public Health Maßnahme. Größter Kritikpunkt m.E.n. die Freiwilligkeit.

Das stimmt so einfach nicht. Die einzigen Subgruppen im Nutri-Score sind Käse, Fette/Öle, Getränke & ALLES andere. Also werden sehr wohl die von dir angeführte Tafel Schokolade mit dem Apfelmus verglichen (Apfel nicht, da unverarbeitet).
