Loved @salaboy.com 's talk at @cloudnativedaysitaly.org He showed us how to build, observe, and scale distributed cloud-native apps using Dapr Workflows and OpenTelemetry And look at the effort that went into making this demo 🤩

Today I had the privilege of delivering a keynote at Cloud-Native Days Italy 2026 and I'm still processing how much fun it was. 🤩 If you're curious about the research behind the talk, here are the slides with all the sources linked: canva.link/6fp4hfcgwaze...

Somehow I ended up giving a keynote at Cloud-Native Days Italy and I couldn't be more excited about it. Bologna, May 18-19. Come tell me your decision-making strategies and horror stories. 💙

🎥 The Cloud Native Days 2025 talks are now live! This year’s sessions brought together an incredible community of experts shaping the future of cloud-native technologies.

Who wouldn’t want to make their customer support workflow easier? I got a sneak peek of this talk from Faris, and it’s excellent. He’s one of those speakers who packs every slide with concrete, immediately useful tips (and just the right amount of real-world pain 😆).

I was trying to capture the "anguish of support tickets" What do you think, did I do it?

This is from my plumber. The same plumber that has been to my place 6 times already just this year (it's an old house). At this point, I just go with the flow.

... I don't know which option would be more embarrassing. I guess it makes an even stronger case for the need for debugging tools in the "AI era" 😅

Isn't it great when you can chat with an AI agent instead of a human agent?

Even though we weren’t gunning for the top, we ended up #8. Above Lovable. Above OpenAI. 😅 I’m not about to start believing PH is worth sinking weeks of effort into. But I am grateful for everyone who left a comment, shared a thought, or yes, upvoted anyway.

Skip the upvotes. Multiplayer’s launch is about feedback, not leaderboards (and why full stack session recordings change the game 😊).

I’ll be speaking at Cloud-Native Days Italy on June 24th about why observability needs to shift left, and what that actually looks like in practice. 👀 If you still need to grab your ticket you can get a discount here: ti.to/apropos/clou...

Most teams I talk to are still duct-taping their debugging and system documentation workflows. If you’re sick of sorting through Postman collections or outdated architecture diagrams—I’m working on a webinar that might interest you 👀

Tech conferences are full of opportunities, but let’s be honest, networking can feel *painful*. In preparing for #Kubecon — and discussing how best to start conversations with my team—I realized that not everyone knows what to do. 👀 [1/3]

It’s been almost two years since my last trip to London, I’m so excited to come back for #kubecon! 👀 If you’re also attending or just want to meet up for a tea and chat, let me know!

Vladi Stevanovic @vladistevanovic.bsky.social · 05/03/2025

👀 Every engineering team I talk to struggles with API documentation and debugging. That’s why I’m so excited about Platform Notebooks—it’s a living, interactive space for testing, documenting, and debugging APIs collaboratively.

Me randomly: .... you know how (theoretically) you could travel to the past because you have more evolved bugs than everyone else, but not to the future because everyone else has more evolved bugs and it'll kill you. Kids bring back the more-evolved-future-bugs from kindergarten.
