These are good tips! Only things I'd add is that hyper-responders sometimes need a ripcord they can pull to leave trance, stuff can randomly come up, and getting the brain following a pattern of saying no (no sets) is a fun thing to play with.

Hypnosis deals a lot with focus and almost anything can be a focus. Spirals have a lot to direct someone's focus to, the circular motion, the Falling Into It feeling, maybe pulsing, they're pretty Overly simplified: Direct their focus, use leading language, and get em thinking about dropping
