I know, it's a radical idea. But imagine for instance, if your trigger is the word "Drop", then add a finger click to go with it. If your trigger is a dog clicker, add 'Pet' or to it. Be creative, go wild. This is not a catch-all, but it does reduce the chances of trigger 'splash' significantly.

I totally get it. But who is truly 'at fault'? Because there's plenty of people who just find it a cute novelty or stim. You know, in a fandom full of primarily canine furries? The clicker training could've gone together with a different impulse to make it unique to prevent this sort of crosstalk.
