Mini Monday Movie🧵: In preparation of watching Marty Supreme (2025) tomorrow, I’m catching up with Good Time (2017). Thrillers live and die based on how effectively they can convey the “Thriller Trinity” of risk, tension, and consequence. Does Good Time revere the trinity? #filmsky #movie

Long overdue movie 🧵: November kicked my ass. In this last month I’ve done a lot of traveling, burnout, and drained emotionally. I’ve seen exactly one film last month - Bugonia (2025). I have been marinating, ruminating about this flick all month. Let’s talk! No spoilers! #filmsky #moviesky #movie

Monday Mini-Movie🧵: Might as well keep the Sandler train rolling. This week is Happy Gilmore 2. I’ll bury the lead and say that this legacy sequel is better than it has any right to be. Perhaps, due to Happy Gilmore’s character is an inherent screw up and his life cannot be perfect. Hence, a sequel!
