Hell yea, thanks for the follow. I getcha! To at least partially answer your question: we're aiming for 5 bosses, around 5-8 hours of content on an initial playthrough, a speedrunner gamemode, and unlockable cosmetics/gameplay modifiers to encourage repeat runs.
