Alternative Vita color palette!

a simple color palette change where Vita's screen lights are pink instead. I'm really glad I made this version that I've come to love since making her last year. It's been a long self-exploration journey, but she's been a really helpful outlet for exploring these feelings. I think this is also my first time actually coming out on socials, jfc. Anyways, Happy pride!

I’m ngl, a vivid/stasis x MINDWAVE fanart was not on my bingo card today, but aside from that, looooove the thread of cute Saturday art!

Hi, I'm Vita! I do a variety of creative works. Most being pixel art, videos, and planning other projects right now! 💙 youtube.com/@VitaSlicca 🤍 vitaslicca.newgrounds.com 💛 vitaslicca.carrd.co

A simple pixel art pfp of the Cat Bot: Vita!

My depressed Warrior of Light from Final Fantasy XIV wearing a frog head and a gaja suit dyed green being sad af.

A simple pixel art pfp I made for a friend! It's like a gnarpy-esc kinda character with that ":3" kinda face, idk how to explain it.

Fanart I made of a character of Allison from a game called: vivid/stasis. This was more of a color theory practice using reference from the original art, but I'm still proud of this one.

Woah, I've never done a #PortfolioDay! I'm Vita, I'm a writer that does pixel art, animation, video editing, and illustration! I have my own YT channel talking about games I like, and one small Deltarune animation (however, it's on hiatus as I'm experimenting with a lot other video mediums rn).

my ff14 character that has the head of a frog and the body of an elephant crying heavily (the joke character's name is pretty much crippling depression)

an art trade with a friend where they requested the two tf2 characters (Red Soldie x Blue Spy with a Heavy mask) making out with each other in a stupidly disgusting way. it's so beautiful

a reference sheet of a plankton-like robot from Spongebob Squarepants. the inspiration is from an upcoming game called Gun Nose in which the main significance from the design comes in the eye and the hat. the upper part of the image shows the character in a Leonardo Davinci kind of pose to get a bit more reference and angles of the character, and the bottom part of the image shows a close up of the character with a glowing eye with a clear view of the Chum Bucket building in the background

Both look good! I never realized how effective “scanlines” would impact pixel art so it feels like two different experiences

Holy shit, your pixel art is even animated too that’s so cooooool! I am curious, how you decide frames for certain parts of the piece. Like, do you decide one part will be 12 frames and another 16 frames, or is it all consistent? (stupid question probs)

I second this. Gun Nose and Down South are surprise kickstarters that I was not expecting to feel so impactful to the pixel indie scene!
