I am becoming someone new,
but the becoming feels like breaking.
Anxiety hums beneath my skin like a storm that won’t pass,
teaching me how to breathe through drowning.
And still… I am here.
Shaking, healing, unfolding—
a quiet transformation no one sees,
but I feel in every breath I fight to keep.
