not in my case, and even then, you need to taper over months rather than weeks. Just a bad situation all around. and withdrawals can take just as long - like venlafaxine, aripiprazole has a long half life.

in my circumstances it wasn't possible but its very important that it is tapered slowly! That seems to help with the symptoms, so your experience might be much better

I almost always use reference. refs is a lot of the time just image searches or pinterest or videos on youtube. I also use the 3d dolls in clip studio for perspective stuff. aaand ideally I practice anatomy pretty much weekly. Have been a bit bad about it recently
