I think there is a foodstuff that have been really under-utilised by gymbros in their hunt for maximum gains - Old folks home food! Specifically this stuff. Super-ultra processed food for people without teeth and those who choke easily. It is like if a protein shake was solid!

I had forgotten to post this until now, but I made my partner, @acracia.bsky.social, a fursona to match their new and improved gender a while back and it was pretty fun. One of the few drawings i'm proud of.
