Okay, something before bed. Takes place in book 1, so there aren't many spoilers there. Sorry if there's grammar mistakes because I'm so tired. Also this thing was something I was going to put on Alfonse's birthday, but. I keep delaying it.

Something I wrote yesterday. Happens in book 3, but has spoilers of latest FEH chapter, so beware.

“Vicky, I don’t know what’s got into you, but I can assure you that—"

“You’re going to die.”

The silence grew heavy. Everything had turned cold and dark, even more so than that Askr already was. The summoner turned round, her eyes vacant, still clutching the embroidery in her hand. She had pricked herself countless times and now her blood was on the tapestry and on her fingers. Alfonse was left speechless.

“You’re going to die at the hands of Líf. In a place as cold as ice,” she began, her voice now flat. She was seeing too many scenarios all at once. “You’ll die if you pursue your desire to kill the gods.”

“Vicky—”

“You’ll leave me alone.” Those words stabbed at his heart.

“I never will,” he admitted, revealing those feelings that were always stuck in his throat. “I love you too much to do that.”

“But you will. No one can kill Death.”

Happy international day cat to this little cat (He's a senior man. He likes to enter behind the sofa and he didn't know how to go out, between other things) And yes. He's fat. The owner is taking care of that. But he is a dramatic and want more food lol.

Happy yaoi day to one of my Roman empires, Brufonse. Here is a little extract of what I'm writing between commissions.

“If you’ve ever loved him, let him go,” said the Prince of Embla, in a voice that could hardly be called comforting. “Let him go.”

Alfonse bit his lip, shaking his head. He could feel his tears rolling down his cheeks. “I can’t let him go. I can’t—he was the only thing that made me feel secure in myself.”

He noticed the Prince of Embla sigh, letting the air out of his lungs very slowly. As if he were controlling his emotions. Well, the Prince Regent was known as someone without feelings. He’d proved the opposite with the summoner. He still held his pipe in his hand, almost as if he were clutching it out of sheer frustration.

“Zacharias lives in my castle,” he said at last, causing Alfonse to look up. “But he’s made it very clear to me that he doesn’t want to see you. Besides,” he muttered, looking away, “he doesn’t have long to live.”

A distant memory. A memory of Bruno about his mother in the fic I'm working on.

“Mummy!”

Bruno watched as the woman turned to look at him. Her black velvet dress hugged her slender figure, with a soft, gently curved neckline. Her full, flowing skirt signalled her status as the lady of the house. His mother had always had a melancholic air about her, mixed with a touch of refinement. The woman smiled gently, that smile she reserved only for him.

And one that, little by little, he was beginning to forget.

“Mummy, look what I’ve found!” replied the boy, excited by the book he held in his hands, which looked like a relic.

“Oh, that’s a very old book,” replied his mother affectionately, taking the book to leaf through a few pages. “It tells of the adventures of our ancestors, Mum Gróa and Dad Sigurd, along with Dad Aurvandil and the first King of Askr.”

“Could you read it to me tonight?” asked Bruno, his hands touching the soft fabric of his mother’s skirt. She smiled as she stroked his light hair.

“Of course I can, my little moon,” smiled the woman. “Have you finished your homework yet?”

“I’ve read two more pages of the book, done the subtraction problems you asked me to do, and written out all the pages you asked me to,” the boy said, looking at her affectionately.

“Can I go and see the horses?”

“You do like the horses, don’t you?” the woman chuckled. “If you like, you can wait until I’ve finished looking through these documents and we’ll go together. What do you think?”

Bruno nodded, whilst the woman went back to looking at those documents which he would one day be in charge of. Once she had finished, they both went for a ride on his mother’s horse to a beautiful spot in the woods.

It was one of the last times he would be that happy. And that his mother would be with him.

The cat doesn't want to leave even if the owner is close. I suppose he knows that he had a shift and that's why he came to me 😅

My cat's roommate, Canelo, sleeps in one of his beds as the stove is open, making him more comfortable.

Here's the final version. Since I did it on my phone, I couldn't edit anything, but Vicky would trust her children to some of those couples too, and whoever's under the microscope is the one I'd like to get to know better :) All art belongs to their respective owners, btw.

A chart of "Yumeships I'd..." are some that have been suggested to me
