Buck loves the DMCA #lewdl

Buck the kiwibank sheep collapses on the ground in ecstasy while getting plowed in the ass from behind by a human partner. She is biting her lip and saying "I LOVE THE DMCA," witha footnote explaining that the DMCA is the Deep Meaty Cock in her Ass. #furry #furryart #nsfw #fanart

The four statutory factors of fair use:

Purpose and Character - Works that have educational or commentary use, transformative, and are non-commercial all weigh substantially towards a finding of fair use in a derivative work. This art is commentary on the shameful filing of false DMCA reports by kiwibank in order to intimidate artists into silence, is non-commercial, and is obviously transformative unless kiwibank intends to sell pornographic images of the characters.

Amount Used - The general shape and name of the character were used, but this image is not an advertisement for any service and does not make use of any other material from the campaign.

Market Effect - there is no conceivable negative market effect from the publication of this image. It is tagged as nsfw material, posted on an nsfw account, and flagged as adult content with the site's tagging system. Nobody will see this image that is not choosing to go and find it. There is no competitive product and no call to harm the original copyright holder.

Nature of the copyrighted Work - the original work is creative but this is an extremely weak element in consideration.

top 10 scariest trail cam footage that will make you scared to go out at night...

Drawing of an anthropomorphic deer bending over and looking back while eating leaves, for day 6's kinktober prompt video taping. The scene is made to look like a trail cam recording.

Buck is eager for the next ad campaign #lewdl

Buck the kiwibank sheep is laying on her side and lifting one leg to present herself to someone offscreen, wagging her tail and shaking with nervous excitement while saying "let's get shooting!' #furry #furryart #nsfw #fanart

Happy birthday to Usagi (and me!)! Sailor Moon's always meant a lot to me, so I'm happy to be able to make something small in return. I'm sure there's a better way to compose this, but I wanted to get something done for the month. Thank you for your patience. 🙏

Ugh, I didn't realize those links expired so quickly. Really making my life worse. I just tested all these and they should work fine. But I wouldn't have to go to all this trouble if Bluesky wasn't shit, just saying. files.catbox.moe/6ahrpm.png files.catbox.moe/s10ekc.png files.catbox.moe/hnbdqz.png
