Only made between 1953 and 1959, a mere 6 years, this is the Jaeger Le Coultre Futurematic, a curio in so far as the crown was situated in the back of the watch and you had to slide and not lift it to set the time, as well as this it was one of the first watches to feature a Power Reserve

This is a Doctors Watch dating to the mid 1930’s and branded Girard Perregaux, it’s also branded Mimolux, which is strange as the Mimo Watch Co had only recently saved Girard Perregaux from bankruptcy when this was made, so to have Mimo Watches and GP on the same dial, rare !

Todays watch is a wee bit special, it’s not at all common, dating from the 1960’s this is Gruen Precision Airflight, it’s a Gents Jump Hour Watch with a difference as at 12 midday the watch will jump to a 24 hour dial and then back to a 12 hour dial at midnight. These are highly collectable!

Not a lot is known about this watch brand we suspect this might be a store’s name but lost in the midst of time , dates to around 1927 and has a military feel to it , it’s slightly larger than most standard cushion shaped watches but it does look great on the wrist where it really counts !

This is a Watch sort of, its calibrated to tell time to one fifths of a second, but it’s not a conventional Wrist Watch, it’s a WW2 Official Ordnance Pierce Military Mono Pusher Stopwatch it was used by Bomb Aimers in the RAF and Artillery Officers, fairly rare especially in good working order.
