Welcome writers! To a Being a Better Writer post that was actually written on a Monday, as was done in the times of old. Save for the fact that this was written last Monday, and not today. Why? Well, because I'm out of the office today. And was last Friday. You can see some more scant details on that if you check through last week's posts.

All right, so in a less frequent move, this post was written in advance and posted on a schedule because I need to take today to pack. It's a little unexpected (at least for you readers) but a family occurrence that has been brewing for a while now, and I've been trying to prepare for. I won't go into details because it's not needed, but I will out of my "office" at least until next Friday.

Woof. I will admit I am off to a late start today. With good reason, though. Well, healthy reason. So, I am currently seeing a physical therapist about my back. The good news is that they've identified the problem (muscle imbalance of some specific abdominal muscles being weaker by comparison to other muscles they're supposed to be working with). The other goods news (there is no bad news, well, depending on your perspective) is that they've given me a targeted daily workout and stretch regime to follow that will fix these imbalances.
