For those unaware of how much exposure PA has to Lake Erie, this is it. This guy and probably others like him probably just are desperate for private lakefront property. They do not give two shits about the municipalities, hence how they regularly do not fund them.

Lake Erie borders but a very tiny corner of the whole state of pennsylvania

There is only one big metro area on Lake Erie in PA, and that's the city of Erie

The city of Erie has less than 100k people in it. The metro area is 265k. Very small compared to the rest of the state, especially Philadelphia and Pittburgh.
