Umbrella's computers in RE9 are old Lenovo Thinkcenters but with Dell Optiplex grills on the front. More info in alt text.

A computer from Resident Evil 9: Requiem as seen through a sniper scope for a closer look. The overall shape, including the 45 degree angled front top, the large circular power button, and the thin and wide disc eject button with red center, are all clear indications of having been modeled after the old 2000s Lenovo Thinkcenter business PCs; however the brick-patterned ovular holes of the front grill making up about three fourths of the front of the unit are very clearly modeled from the a Dell Optiplex series mini-tower business PC.
