Games like Nox that just got online restored by GoG? That would be illegal too. Even if you broadly support age verification online, this cannot pass in its current form if you care a jot about retrogaming - www.stopkillingtheinternet.com

Looks like the proposed EU Kids Act is far worse than we even feared it would be. Every online game to require strict age verification, private game servers to be made illegal. Effectively it would spell the end of the "stop killing games" initiative www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQRc...

Hired Guns. The atmosphere, the presentation, music, sound effects and graphics all top notch. The manual you got in the box with it fleshing out the characters (not something you get these days). Schoolmates bringing their mouse with them to play coop. The best dungeon master type game on Amiga.

Either way you have to pay for the tariffs, but if you import yourself you will pay more in handling fees for a small shipment than Stone Age will have to pay for a bulk shipment. It also makes it easier to return the board if something goes wrong. (2/2)

Matt Buxton @videogameperfection.com · 21/09/2026

Finally, we recommend customers in the US wait for Stone Age Gamer to get stock. We are just waiting on parts to produce a big batch for them. You will likely pay less from Stone Age than buying directly from us. (1/2)

Ships and road haulage can and are powered by batteries, look at China, just the initial upgrade is hugely expensive. Aviation will be the most difficult but I'm optimistic we'll get there, short haul is already going that way.

Matt Buxton @videogameperfection.com · 03/09/2026

I admire your optimism, would be great though but the right wing media will hammer him every time the greens get anywhere in the polls.
