This is insane and unAmerican. I know that no President should have a military parade. Ever. This is from a #usairforce #VietnamVeteran who has hit a roadblock getting benefits resulting from recent doge fascist cuts. #veteransagainsttrump

Today I'm in Bithlo from 11am to 2pm representing the @americancancersociety #roadtorecovery program letting those in this underserved area know about our free rides for cancer patients. And, maybe recruiting drivers. #ServiceMatters

I love living in the 407, being part of a community that genuinely cares about one another. WalletHub released its report on the most diverse large cities in the United States in 2025, with Orlando ranking 7th. #diversitymatters #Ally #ServiceMatters #ProudToBeWoke

Can a christian that voted for dump explain to me where in the Bible it explains how you can support someone that does not follow any of Christ's teachings? It'll be good practice for you at the Pearly Gates when St Peter asks you this same question? #LivetheWord Damn it! #notmypresident

I'd add Indiana "I hate Nazis." Jones movies to this list. When are you going to join the resistance in our current non-fiction country? Add The Handmaid's Tale to your watch list to really get motivated to act. #ResistFascism #ResistTrump #Wewillnevergiveup #wewillnotforget

Two people I was talking to today complained about the loss of jobs by many and the increase in grocery prices. I asked who they voted for. Both said dump. I said "This is what you voted for." #resistance #ResistTrump #ResistFascism #NotMyPresidentEver #VeteransAgainstTrump #youvotedforthis

My therapist wants me to get thoughts out of my head and onto canvas so I painted this yesterday. The flag is flown upside down as a sign of distress. Look up the meaning for each triangle. I'll proudly wear red, purple, green, black, and pink ones if that includes being an ally. #Wewillnotgoback

This is for the Maga Republicans and anyone supporting this fascist administration and the Nazi sympathizers. Is this you? Start selecting the labels you want me to put on my clothing. He is murdering us. It's already started. If you voted for drump YOU ARE an accomplice to murder. #Resist

This almost has me in tears thinking about the fear some are experiencing now. Parents doing their best to protect their children. Where do you hide your children to be safe from the gestapo (ICE)? Which prayers will the God you will be praying to in the morning will listen to. Does God pick sides?

A disappointing loss and season but it was still great to be with my son, his wife, and grandsons to watch @ucffootball.bsky.social in West Virginia. It was cold cold but I saw some former students I hadn't seen in over 30 years. Life is good. (But I hate the cold weather more now.

I'm on my way to watch @ucffootball.bsky.social vs UWV on Saturday. I stopped in Powhatan Virginia to get my son's family. So I went to the boy's INDOOR track tryouts. (Outside?) I had a chance to put on my Florida warm clothing to make sure I survive the cold. I hope it's not this cold there.

A non-political post. Saw my cardiologist this morning and he was happy with my continued weight loss. (80# in 2 years) Now to step up and get into a walking plan. 2.5 miles today is a good start. I saw my bird friends so I stopped to get wings. #sober #weightloss #walking #LoveAlwaysWins

As a Vietnam Air Force veteran I am not recognizing Veterans Day this year as I feel betrayed by all of the misguided veterans that voted for a criminal that called our POWs "Losers" and WWII D-Day soldiers "suckers."

I'm not doing well dealing with the election so I escaped today to our spool (spa pool) and called on the tikis for advice. They said put the Miami game on and read something that will take you away. Murder mystery is one of my escape mechanisms. Today it's Alex Cross in Deadly Cross. #nevergiveup
