Wrote monster romance today to try and counter the sadness and fear I’m feeling for so many people in the US and beyond. Did I focus on the evil rich guy getting ripped apart by monsters? Hell yes. AND I made him cry 😏

DO NOT LET THEM REWRITE THIS HISTORY. DO NOT LET THEM EXPLAIN IT AWAY. DO NOT INDULGE A DEBATE. THEY'RE NAZIS. THEY'RE NAZIS. THEY'RE NAZIS.

So I hear this place lets you post vaguely grown up stuff without the bots clutching their pearls? Yay, have some eagle monster talon sucking 🦅🥰 #monsterromance #booksky

The characters from Blood Feathers by Vicky Walklate - a large eagle monster holding a human woman with curly blonde hair and hazel eyes. The book quote reads:

“This mouth is dangerous,” he murmured, tracing her lips with the back of his claws. “Not least because of the shockingly bad language that comes from it.”

She giggled, flicking her tongue over his talons.

“Careful, baby. Sharp.”

“You won’t hurt me,” she replied softly. “Not unless I ask you to, remember?”

“I remember.”

He edged one single talon into her mouth slowly, as if unsure what she wanted. She licked it eagerly, careful to avoid the razor-sharp tip, and heard his breathing catch again. Resisting the urge to smirk, she closed her lips around the hard, curved talon and sucked gently, digging her nails into his muscled forearm.

“Shit.” The sharp profanity didn’t match the careful way he withdrew from her mouth, or his gentle caress against her cheek. “I can’t… I’ll cut your mouth if you carry on, sweetness. I won’t be able to stop myself.”

My latest #monsterromance offering. Bale is quiet, reserved, ever so slightly murderous, and utterly devoted to one sunshiny human 🐙💜 www.amazon.com/dp/B0DFDZ5B21

A large blue octopus monster with his tentacles wrapped around a human white woman with purple hair, large hoop earrings and a tie-dye shirt. The book quote is from Demon Waters by Vicky Walklate and it reads:

"Good little human. My little human. The gods of the deep dark seas made you just for me, I swear it."
