And how much is paid to detain an individual ... $200 a day (??) A Guatemalan woman tried to get back to Guatemala three times !! She was kept for approx. 2 weeks while an entity was paid ... This was noted on a shadow Congressional session streaming on YouTube (much more was illuminated)
