a familiar boat okay so I'm basically done with the assets, I'll still fix that one a bit (doesn't look so much like the reference) and hopefully finish the last 3 pages

My piece from the SNK Celebration Grounds zine bsky.app/profile/spic...

Princess Athena / Goddess Athena fanart, used Inna Uit's photo as a reference and wanted to homage Bob Wakelin's old Athena artwork / poster

scrapped hibiki, she looked way too stiff, it was one of my early drawings and I was still trying a solid lineart, didn't worked and I got really unsatisfied with the result

(🍁🌙) decided I'll be using 3d/grease pencil on blender to help me out, but I'll only use stuff I modelled myself or the free assets/plugins from blender's own library since the license is free. Honestly, working the assets yourself is really fun.

I did the modelling for head/bust/hips boxes and for limbs I used rigify to mesh then rigged the whole thing. let's test it.

Found some excellent 3D base rigs for drawing but the author doesn't specify if they can be used for commercial purpose... I'll have to do my own 3D rigs... Oh the pain...
