This is a great vegan turkey recipe for Christmas or Thanksgiving. I use 400g of tofu instead of chickpeas, and add a teaspoon of sage. They'll go in the freezer then I'll baste and roast when needed. Delicious, nutritious, and no body was harmed 🦃🌻💚 #turkey thehiddenveggies.com/vegan-turkey/
