A youtube video by Primer called "Simulating a single brain cell". The thumbnail shows a blue blob creature with black eyes and a tiny mouth looking kinda goofy. The creature is next to a plot of a Loss Function with respect to the weights of the neuron. The thumbnail reads "AI's basic building block".

[pokemon, mild swearing] @berns-am.bsky.social - Riolu: it's like a Lucario, but way cuter - Umbreon: idk, the vibe's just right - Ditto: just look at THAT SMILE - Unown: I don't know what the fuck this things are, but I LOVE them

A picture of an Unown (pokemon). The eye is a circle.

To the right (from the reader's perspective) is a protrusion in the shape of a triangle with one vertex pointing towards the eye. Said triangle has a hole (also triangular), kind of like a handle.

From the lower part of the eye-circle, there's a different protrusion which separates into three. It looks like a stick figure with a right arm and two legs.

i like to think CGP Grey knew

Screen shot of a YouTube recommendation of a video by CGP Grey. The video is titled "How AIs, like ChatGPT, Learn". It says it was posted 7 years ago (in December 2017). For the record, ChatGPT was originally based off of GPT-3 (released in 2020). GPT-1 was released in 2018.

I just remember in my hose we used to have this boon when i was a kid. I don't know of someone who could read it because my parents didn't know that much english

The cover of a thick, old book.

On the superior section, in small black letters, it says the first part if the title: "Literary criticism". Then in way smaller blue letters the name of the author "Allan H. Gilbert".

On the inferior part, on white or yellow-ish letters over a blue-ish background, the next part of the title: "Plato to Dryden"

The book is "Literary criticism. From Plato to Dryden" by Allan H. Gilbert.
