Quick #SubstanceDesigner protip: lightly blend in a noise with linear gradient for a nice directional dissolve. Very simple setup, but I use this all the time. Bonus: Histogram Scan is great for previewing dissolve textures #vfx #rtvfx #unity #unrealengine #gamedev

My old display used to flicker and turn off for a sec whenever I put my electric sunscreen up or down. Checked the wiring and everything, no issues found. Also my new display doesn’t do that.

Custom Vertex Streams are probably the biggest trouble people have with shuriken, so here's a little tip to make it easier! Did you know you can rename the fields in Custom Data? Simply just click on them Hopefully, that helps you understand how to work with them :)

Unfortunately I'm on Windows for work/gaming and can confirm that it's just plain horrible. But for anything else: Linux all the way. Ubuntu feels more like MacOS than modern MacOS.
