🐭I was obsessed with this series when I was a kid, my life goal was to become a christian mouse warrior.... and I think they had a great influence on my art! still reread them from time to time and they are good. my dream job is to illustrate them 🙂‍↕️ (or make a comic)

the new official Astarion comic series was announced and again they ignored and didn't hire the most enthusiastic comic author who has great experience in the Astarion comic field (me)

I wonder if I'll be able to end the season two of modernbat till its second birthday.... (in two weeks) (better not, it would be beautiful and symbolic but I need to sleep sometimes)

no, they are divided on predators and herbivores as well, but since they have magic most of the "civilians" animals eat magic meat or fish. eat "natural" meat coincides deeply unethical but happens...

It finally clicked that I can just reply to all the questions in a thread, so here it is!

it hurts a little bit when Astarion bites Mac in his Bat form but she is used to it! also yes, he licked blood like a kitten 😺

0140

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

yes! look at the poster in Dal's office: she is responsible for Niorburg's blood spend for the good deeds (vampires dinner). of course she takes not everything but a small part but it really helps vampires to survive without hurting people

thank you!! if it would be more convenient for you you can send it not per strawpage but per dm... I don't know how long it takes to make it the first way... oh, sounds really nice!! can't wait to see it! and if you mean this art it was made... a year ago, I think? outfit from vintage postcard

051

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

I'm afraid I don't 😭 I checked the strawpage inbox once again but I didn't find anything that looks like adventure time.... I'm so sorry, it might be a glitch... if you still have it please send it again 🥺

010

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

first of all: gortash a hedgehog??? hm🤨 I should think if I accept him in my army... but Cazador the pigeon is prima! and all bunnies adventures here, I love it! (she is with rabbit, goose and bat and it's all the same person...) glasses so cool! an Mac in anime style 💛

010

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

human man named Enrico! He was a sailor and Mac spent two years traveling with him all over the world. it was a great time for her, but Enrico was too free-spirit for her, never wanted to settle down and never thought of being with her for whole life, she they went separate ways

010

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

aaaaaaawwwwwwww!!! so many hedgehogs!! 🦔🦔🦔🦔 my army.... thank you 🥺 and with lady bug it's a whole postcard, so cool!! I laughed so hard from chicken au!! that reminds me of this charming cartoon from my childhood "chicken run" 🐓🐤

010

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

I think the tadpole in Tav's head was like "what are you doing we must evolve in the octopus I protect you from anemia for now but gods you are so stupid"

040

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

I want to draw an animatic where Mac sings this song to Astarion and he looks at her with admiration 🥺☀️ (honestly I love drawing comics so much but sometimes I miss an opportunity to add a soundtrack in every episode)

050

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

i think people are free to imagine what they want as long as it does not hurt other people in the real world. we can't predict how one piece of art can influence man, but at the same time we can't prohibit people from creating, so it's very important to separate things (and people)

040

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Astarion told mice that she's a journalist from the human world who should picture his glory to spread glory news about Messiah. also she brought cheese and apples

040

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Ksha, I think the transcript would be [kʃa] with hissing in the middle, without vowels between... ahm, basically it is short from "Koshka" which means "cat" in Russian. so in English it would translate..."ct!" not very creative, but it was accidental

050

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

thank you so so much for this wonderful gift ☀️💛🌼

030

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

I think yes! Ksha is friendly for all pets that live with her and take care of them (though once she hissed on a pug who came as a guest) and Mr.Cooper.... well you know that he is the best catdad, and I think for a Ksha he would be like an uncle (despite that he's younger)

010

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

no, it's honestly so unpleasant for me 🫠 I have more "classic" taste for my LI in the games, which means less he looks like octopus than better... besides Mac was really angry with him I think Raphael uses his devil's powers just to be a little creep and watch other's affairs

030

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

i think it's the one reason yes the second one is that it is so hard to brush long curly hair beautiful when you can't see your reflection...

110

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

i can see your vision!! and I already hear how perfect these soundtrack suits for my future cartoon about them... (in my dreams) thank you for sharing! 🎵🎶🎵

010

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

Mac accidentally heard that someone stole important secret documents from the guard! she investigated it and turned out that the thief was a ginger cat, who thought about conspiracy and tried to save the system as he was on a mission.... she helped him and he decided to adopt her!

030

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

thank you, my dear sprouts, for these incredible b-day wishes!! I'm deeply touched by it and your words mean a word to me 🥺🌿 I'm so happy to know all it, your are the best! 💛💛💛

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

I drew a self-portrait🍁 this autumn I walk around outside in a green Hobbit cloak. First of all, it looks awesome, and second of all, it’s so convenient! Just throw it over your shoulders, wrap yourself into a cozy cocoon, and go...

0222

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

that's so cool 🥺 Astarion with the star⭐ and magic bunny, and what an awkward bat situation ahah so many hedgehogs for my birthday! perfect! as Gamstarion and Gemac 💕 and portraits of her are beautiful!! The ankle biter is adorable (and dangerous) and oh well arnt we all this mouse with hearts...

010

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

I love them so so much and I still can't believe that it's true and so many people are here for my comic 😭 I try to answer as long as possible though some questions really require a "yes-no" response and then I just "glue" them... as fanarts (but I would write a poem about every single one)

020

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

almost ! I don't eat red and white meat, but I eat fish and seafood

010

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

I would describe it as kismesis ♠️ i see the potential for a brief affair but not for relationships (it might destroy the world)

021

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

I'm not really a fan of merch... but I'd like to have a plushie owlbear exactly from the game with the button-eyes and BG3 cookbook bc I love cooking and I want to try to make a long rest meal! oh, and candles! I love thematic aroma candles 🕯️

120

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

he will, I think, he loves to steal, it's kind of a sport for him (Mac disapproves)... but not now, when he just escaped the court (and not fully). I think he will wait with crimes till everyone forgets about it

040

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

oh it would break his dead heart. he would try to persuade her with any cost, but he would be deeply upset at the same time, because being a monster but alive means being near him, and she chose to leave him if she decides to die. he'd try to accept it, but it's hard

000

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

you're right, she is! she teaches how to play music and sing, her main place of work is a school but she also has some "home students" and child's chor. she loves her job 💕

000

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

Thank you for Hi!! it made me smile, and Kshas, of course, she has such funny faces, and Macs!! I love it, every one of them, she's always so happy! and of course Pets! that bat crush in bunny, I feel like I read a romcom 🤭 and we all agree:laezel is a frog! thank you all💕

030

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

sadly many of them :( unicorns and other magical beasts bc if black market, rust monsters bc they are threat to cities, owl bears and displaster beasts bc if the pelt, driads bc forests are dying... people try to save them, but it's hard, the modern world is cruel to nature

011

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

i imagine Mac as a robin and Astarion as grey goshawk 🕊️

060

vetochka @vetochkarowan.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

hmmm Tav looking like Cazador should be quite unsettling for Astarion 🫡 I personally stick with my one character and every run (four of them) I play only her, except for the first time when I played with my husband. for me it's only Mac's story, it's hard to imagine someone else there
