Ves' tail is like her 3rd arm, fully prehensile so if you touch it be prepared for it to grab you- She doesn't mind it being touched, though it and most of her other extremities are pretty numb due to abusing her body with aether. Also, Ves' tail is very playful (in all ways)

Ves has always felt a bit melancholy when in Mor Dhona, so I could surely see her mindscape shaped in such a way.
