I usually clear all enemies inside buildings and ignore the ones in town. I think SH3 is the only game where I walked by enemies because of how bullet spongie they were, but other than that I like to clear the place so walk freely. I can't fucking do this in this game. I tried, I genuinely did

The whole prequel thing makes this game a sin on itself tbh. It handles all characters terribly. It think this game is what started the whole "Lisa is a temptress" thing that SH:SM went with (fucking hate that game) and it's bad.

Travis' story isn't BAD bad, it's interesting, but it would be more interesting as a book imo, not in a SH game. Being in the game it's just boring and since the developers decided it's a prequel to the first game it just feels like it gets in the way.

The combat is ULTRA ass, the controls are non-responsive and have a 1 second delay when they do work. All weapons but the firearms are breakable and most of them are ass tier. The QRT on the enemies is also SO fucking annoying.

Man. I like some of the monster designs in SH0, but I'm deadass just suffering. I think I enjoyed this game like... less than 1 minute. I'm not even halfway through and I feel like I've played it for an eternity.

The whole thing was that the landlord didn't believe her because she didn't have evidence he had done this. This was the perfect chance. If the landlord refused to do anything she could go to the police with the video. Like, holy shit. For my sanity, I refuse to believe the story is true.

Play it. If normal is too hard for you, just get on the easy difficulty. Why play a game if you're gonna be angry about it because you can't stand the difficulty. If you don't like it even though you're halfway through then also just leave it. You don't need to finish a game you don't like.

If you don't like dealing with Cynthia since she's ubiquitous in the second part then just shoot her with the silver bullet you find IN THE NEXT ROOM and pin her.

I'm not done, so I won't make it a statement yet, but so far I'm genuinely starting to reconsider whether I'd actually recommend people give the game a try instead of just reading the lore. It's actually been fun and genuinely scary at times. The atmosphere is immaculate too.

I gave her the purse and she's actually been nice with it. She's restricted herself (for whatever reason) to only attacking downed enemies, helping me finish them, and even delivered the finishing blow to one so far. Idk... I guess I'll see in further worlds if it gets bad?

Already started the escort part of the game and so far it's not... frustrating? Eileen makes sure to stay behind me at all times so I don't fear hitting her in the process. She does tend to stand a little too close to me at all times though and I do bump into her when I fight. Hope it doesn't count.

I KNOW people LOVE the subway and the amusement park but they were just so nothing ngl. I feel like they are overhyped. I did have fun at the horror house, but the segment with the light is very overrated. The subway also just frustrated me because everything looked the fucking same lol.
