Then you have to take the strong pain meds to sleep and feel better but the DR says not to take them too often because you’ll get addicted but what choice do you have?! It’s either not sleep and be in agonizing pain that doesn’t get better or take pills….or so I hear

Living in chronic pain is like having a good day then pulling something in your bad neck then pushing through because 6/10 is pretty normal then kinda forgetting about it cuz your used to it until you relax at night then it hits you like a wrecking ball 🧵
