Kind of sad that Danranʼs cover of Samurai Heart didnʼt get a full ver. and thus isnʼt on YT. That song suits them so well. #OurNotes #Danran

Iʼve read Danranʼs story, and I didnʼt have any expectations in particular, apart from being generally curious as to what themes it would bring up, but somehow it ended up including so many things I love, it was really enjoyable 🥹 #OurNotes #Danran

Depicting Doloris as Lilith and depicting Oblivionis as Rei (the vessel containing Lilithʼ soul) after she has merged with Lilith was definitely a choice. #AveMujica

Iʼm thinking about this reveal and the fact that Rika and Luna went to Hanajo within the world of the story too hard. What if they were the actual main characters all along, and their world is the real one while Mujicaʼs world is fictional? #AveMujica

Doloris singing A Cruel Angel’s Thesis invites more complexity into the lore of Ave Mujica with how the song blends motherly love with romantic, or, I’d say, even leans more into the former. #AveMujica

#askbox Like most things in Ave Mujica, this one traces back to the Catholic bible. In Japanese, the phrase is 恐れるなかれ, which is a slightly different spelling of the more common 恐るるなかれ. Both roughly mean "be not afraid" or "fear not"

It may be in reference to Isaiah 41:10: "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Japanese translations vary (some use 恐れるな), but one I saw was 恐れるなかれ、われ永遠に汝と共におるべければなり

Youjo Senki S2 has already started airing, but I’m rewatching S1 for now, since I wanted to refresh it in my memory. But I already can say that the new OP and ED songs are incredible! I love everything MYTH & ROID did for the franchise, each of their songs is so atmospheric 💔 #YS

So happy that Ricochi got to sing JINGO JUNGLE together with MYTH & ROID at Animelo Summer Live. It’s the second time she does a cover of one of my favorite songs! #RicoSasaki #YS

It's pretty interesting that Ave Mujica songs use 私 over 僕. I've been doing some readings on Japanese lyric trends and I keep seeing it pointed out that most songs use 僕 nowadays, even when sung by women who otherwise use something else. Doloris *does* use 僕 for herself, but Diggy makes her sing 私

The use of 私 always felt significant to me because that's what Uika/Hatsune uses, and of course Ave Mujica songs are the vessel for her true self. But I never stopped to think about how that's not exactly the expectation for Japanese songs nowadays, so it feels even more deliberate!

As a fan of both Doloris and Chisa, Iʼm not even hoping to ever escape from the torture chamber. However, the fact that the devs have created the narrative that makes you feel that way for both is genuinely amazing to me. #AveMujica #WDS

So glad the devs decided to keep the parts with Uika’s narration in! Once again I’m reminded of Sorelli doing the narration in The Phantom of the Opera. #AveMujica #WDS

Started watching The 100 Girlfriends, because not only does Nontan voice a character there, but now Bandai are even collabing with Bushiroad to promote it to YMMT viewers. So… Doloris, whom do you plan to confess to? #100GF #AveMujica

Ricochi’s right that all YumeMita girls are very sweet, they have such interesting personalities! But also I’m fully expecting Our Notes to be a rather psychologically heavy game… It already seemed so based on what was released so far, but after seeing some of YMMT, I’m even more certain. #YumeMita

To me, one of Ave Mujicaʼs motifs (that is especially easy to notice in their concert photos) is that they hold onto each other like their life depends on it, and The Whole Blue World perfectly captures that with its lyrics. #AveMujica
