does anyone wanna see a cicada molting

A light green cicada most of the way out of its shell, hanging backwards and upside down. Its shell is clinging to a metal pole and is split vertically down the back to let the cicada emerge. The cicada's wings are still semi-folded and it overall looks very pale and shiny

Same cicada as in the previous photo in essentially the same position but this photo is taken top down so you can get a better view of the cicada's underside

The same cicada, which by now has curled its body around to pull itself the rest of the way out of its shell. It's gripping its shell with its front legs and its wings have spread out more at its sides

The cicada is now fully emerged and resting on top of its discarded shell, holding on with its little legs. It's still pretty pale and looks a little undercooked, so to speak, but it's getting there and will probably fly away soon.

strong contender for worst use of a bed

a brindle dog lying on his side stretched out in a dog bed. his front down to about his shoulders is not actually in the bed but on the carpet beside it. his tail is also hanging over the edge and his back is pressed against and kind of around a table leg in a position that looks like it would be a nightmare for your spine.

like.........as opposed to what mobile, console, and PC is everything, buddy. that's all the things.

The company will allegedly revolve its new plans around "mobile, casino gaming, console, and PC".

hey @marthawells.com did you know there's little Murderbot references tucked into the official Slack API documentation? fun thing I came across yesterday

screenshot of code for a Slack API call. most of the text isn't relevant here except the following:
{
"type": "text",
"text": Timestream Defenders Orion"
}

another screenshot with an API call for a rich text field, which includes the following:
{
"type": text",
"text": "Worldhoppers"
}

$third screenshot depicting example code for an email field that reads as following: { "column_id": "Col123", "email": ["perihelion@univmiharanewtideland.com"] }$

please say hello to the second custom (blokees) figure i've ever made, IDW Drift! i feel like i've been working on him forever but it's been worth it. taking it upon myself to do what hasbro refuses to 😤 #maccadam #transformers #dratchet

Custom figure of Drift with the design he has at the end of MTMTE and into Lost Light. He has the standard blocky Blokees body that has been painted and modified in various ways to match the design, and extra pieces and kibble have been added to him. He's posed holding a sword in front of him.

Same custom figure of Drift, this time standing in dramatic pose with his arm reaching behind him as if he's drawing his sword from the scabbard on his back

Custom Drift figure in an action pose with his two swords drawn. My custom Ratchet figure is behind him holding two guns up in the air. The photo is mimicking a panel from the MTMTE comics which is shown alongside them.
