Nothing makes me stop steadily, slowly gaining. The most I was ever able to lose was 30 lbs when I was: 1. starving myself, 2. working 11 hours a day every day of the week at an animal shelter, and 3. traumatized from that job and other shit. I only ate a SmartOnes dinner a day. Not how to do it lol

I'd never be able to afford this without my partner ;; The least I can do is force myself through the fear. I've been obese my literal entire life. I'm nearly 300 lbs in spite of healthy vegan diet for over 10 years, exercising and I even quit coffee which I've drank every day for 15 years.
