"Well you definitely got me with that, I do feel a bit silly for not getting an actual date with ya." He chuckled a bit more rubbed the back of his head.

000

It would take him a moment before he started to laugh at the joke.

000

And he'd opens his eyes to look at them. "...its the date?"

000

"Huh a gift? What was it?" He tilted his head before closing his eyes for them, still confused.

000

"She was alright and seemed to got busy during her heat cycle and didn't mean to not come to you for help with it. I did tell her that she should tell you that herself or at the very least show up to give you a hug. So she is not angry at you in the slightest."

000

Who really knows at this point, there was a certain pull that they gave and the adventurer wanted to find out what was really causing it.. he also noticed how sad they are so.. he wanted to help them in anyway he could. He walked up to them. "Hey, got your answer from miss Petal."

It took a bit for A'vett to get back to the city he was in, completing the task that was asked of him he sought out @inqabberantmind.bsky.social to tell them what he had found out about what happened to Petal.

The Miqo'te continued to walk and eventually made his way to the forest, it was different to any other forest he has ever been to.. much more othergrown and felt more wild. There was a path at least so he follows it for the time being.

"Guess I should really try to find this Petal person.. though the only real lead I have about finding them is go to the forest. Well suppose I should look at this like its another adventure." He looked at the map he has and started to head towards the forest, hopefully it was the right one.

"I think it'd be rather rude of me to not carry you to your room, someone so busy with running a business should get lifted off of their feet every once in a while right?" He gave her a smile back as he walked them to her room.

"I mean its a good spot to not be interrupted by other folk, I do hope your workers can survive without you for a bit?" He smiled before lifting her up and carrying her over to where her room would be.

"That is... probably true. Where else should we do this? A booth? A couch or a bed?" He chuckled some more. His ears wiggled happily and his tail flicked back and forth.

Well... she did say she liked him being bold so.. he'll just pull her over the bar and set her onto his lap. More purring as he held onto her. "I will always talk about my adventures and if you want to listen then I will be happier."

000

"There's something about you that lets me relax more than I should and after everything I've been through you'd think I wouldn't want to be around anyone.. but I keep looking to the positive side of people and trust them as much as I can, if I get a bad feeling then I keep my defenses up."

000

"What can I say I've taken a liking to you when I first stepped into your establishment and its been a pleasure talking to you." His ears wiggled more so while his tail flicked happily.

"Sometimes that's all you need especially if you've been on the road for a long while with no traveling companions. Not sure who you have working in your brothels but I wouldn't mind being with you." He chuckled a bit before purring some more.

000

"Its all good I know you aren't doing that. It feels nice to get some scratches to be honest but mostly its just nice to sit down to relax after traveling so much lately."

"Ah don't worry I don't think she got to do this with me.. though I could be remembering wrong." He chuckled a bit.

000

"Miss Skyla? She has already met me before! Can't remember if she also pet my ears.." He'd purr more as he leaned more into her pets and playing of his ears.

000

His ears just wiggled in his hands, he'd purr quietly while she did so.

000

"You want to give them a touch? Sure why not." He lowered his head so she could reach them.
