Our kitty was interested, and this photo was kind of perfect and made me laugh.

New artwork for "Club XL" from Excision and Level Up. Mostly painted in Photoshop, building background modeled in Blender.

Belated art post here, single artwork for Excision and Subtronics. It was a collab with Subtronic's creative director Ray Elemento, who did the space background and other parts of the environment. Of course I did the big silly monster. Song in comments (with lightly animated art!)

My most recent artwork on Subsidia for Excision and Sullivan King. I'm not on twitter, but apparently there was a kerfuffle over there with some fans claiming it was AI art. HA. HA. HA.

New single artwork, always fun to draw meat and chrome.

RIP Graham Greene. I've never seen Dances With Wolves, I guess it won 6 Oscars. What didn't win six Oscars was Clearcut, but god damn is that a fascinating movie with an eerie performance from him. He goes from hilarious to scary just like that, and oh boy that de-barking scene. GO WATCH IT NOW!!!

Thanks for hosting! Seriously like half my follow list is from artshares at this point. Here are four pieces from a long ongoing personal project, along with an image I made showing my progress so far. Started in the pandemic, seven down, six left to go!

The big head one??? It's something I started a long time ago and have revisited twice. The idea is that there are these meddling beings with the power to shape reality at will without being comprehended. It's been a while since I did the last one, but it would be fun to revisit at some point...

#portfolioday Hello I'm Ven! How about some variety from my first concept art job (Borderlands 2 expansions) to NOW (Excision) and a couple of personal illustrations in between! Not currently looking for work, but always open to making connections...and if a MTG AD sees this, well...hello there...

Blue sky’s open, quote one art to promote yourself I saw Ryan's piece and thought it appropriate that I should use a piece of mine that's between the covers of Infected By Art Vol 12, whose cover is indeed Ryan's piece!

Thanks for the 500 followers, you weirdos...does this mean I have to do an art share??? Comment with your process shots, process vids, or sketch vs final. That stuff always interests me the most. The uglier the sketch the better. Repost if you like. Label any NSFW plz. #artshare #bskart #artist

I do sketch traditionally sometimes, but I'm still working through a sketchbook that was halfway finished when I graduated from art school in 2012...😬

Hey y'all!!! Remember to practice some self-love on Valentine's Day! 😅 Personal work from 2021, started as a dream (don't ask), and ended as a tribute to Giger. Should I do more spicy stuff like this?

A mix of various limbs - both metallic and skin - stem from and wrap around a central torso in an erotic embrace.

Time for wings #art !!! I made this one for one of the 2020 Character Design Challenges, and it won! Not bad for scrambling to meet the deadline while I had covid. Maybe the fever helped?

Cycle VII: The Laborer simultaneously climbs and descends the stairway, carrying The Broken Amphora of the Fourth Moon. While never reaching their destination, the proof of their labors is all that is required. Personal work from 2022, #illustration #digitalpainting #darkart

2024 was an off year, not going to lie! If it was for you too, then I wish you a better 2025. I only finished one personal piece due to all the other stuff going on in my life, but I'm grateful that I got to work on lots of fun projects in Excision/Subsidia. #artvartist #artvartist2024

Artist copy of IBA 12! Including an honorable mention in the digital painting category for my Dion Timmer album art! Pretty humbled by that given all the wicked awesome work between these covers. Some really nice motivation for the New Year.

Absolutely sick work!!! As for me, I want to do more of whatever this bullshit is.

Inverted hanging figure with spine fingers that are playing music on its legs which are tubes which are facing towards its ears which are also fingers. Also it's vomiting an eye into an orifice, and there's a frisky finger triangle involved.
