Estaba barriendo la terraza y me he encontrado lo que pensaba yo que era un palo, algo normal porque a veces me vienen pájaros a hacer cosas de pájaros. Cuando he intentado barrerlo, he visto que era más bien baboso... lo he cogido con la mano y resulta que era una babosa. 😂

Es posible que la derecha le haya hecho un gran favor a Sánchez anulando los dos decretos. Así se ha ahorrado ver cómo fracasan las medidas y el mercado de la vivienda empeora en los próximos meses. Ahora también empeorará, pero podrán echar la culpa a los malvados fachas y hacer campaña electoral.

En cambio, esto sí es un golazo: el alquiler de temporada (menos de 12 meses) debe quedar claramente justificado por el casero; si no, se someterá a la regulación del alquiler residencial. Así se evitan las trampas de muchísimos arrendadores.

El problema de este razonamiento es que las condiciones mínimas para alquilarle el piso a alguien, si hay un seguro, no las pones tú, las pone el seguro. Es el seguro el que pide el primogénito para asegurar la potencial falta de pago por parte del inquilino.
