my process was, use fake bones for eyes to move a few colliders those colliders spit out a float value use that value as a motion time on an animation the eyes move via that animation and the eyes are actually separate decals so i can move them independently

oh and coherency levels do effect me in some way! currently they influence the chances of random explosions, probably make it more influential than a 2-4x multiplier
