Tamale timeeeeeee!!! Tamale making is easier if you do it as a multi day process. Today I’m prepping verde chicken and Chipotle beef. Might cut the cheese and roast the poblanos too if I have time. Tomorrow it’s making the tamales, rice, and refried black beans.
