Cyclists, pedestrians and drivers had their Tour experience disrupted by being turned away with no way of knowing when or how to plan their day. The road closures started a week ago and not even the police knew the plan. 000

Make cities bike friendly first and pledge to not take away cars in rural areas. Make public transit available so people aren’t forced to buy cars that they can’t afford. 010

It’s hours not miles. Fun counts more than fast. I groomed a riding companion who has turned out very well. We enjoy backwoods rides, just the two of us. 091
