A question about Germany: A singing professor I knew said Sie to her bachelor students, and Du to the master students. This means that the change from the formal to the more intimate form was completely predictable and structured. Is there a term for this phenomenon? Are there other examples?

I met with the professor and two directors today. They accused me of being irritating and unprofessional, because I pointed out their blatant hypocrisy and double standards. My department head said I was inconsiderate of her feelings, when I corrected a factual error in her opening statement.

My work has looked at three primary issues: 1st: categorical conflation/redundacy. I show that intersectionality's intuitive observations are incorrect & often assert one category such as race has a causal relationship to an outcome actually caused by another category such as maleness.

And subtweet... Kids more often than not would be better off with "nothing" than coercive, 19th century capitalism based public school. Kids have a natural drive to learn. Adults should just watch kids' safety and offer resources/instruction that feeds a child's curiosity.
