Another humpback entangled in fishing gear, in the Stuart Channel. It's still swimming, but it will eventually succumb to exhaustion and injury, and lose its ability to navigate. Humpback whales are endangered, with only 10% of the population remaining. We are killing the oceans for sushi.

This innocent whale was just a baby, 1-2 years old, either still nursing or barely weaned. He suffered for 2 days, desperately crying for his pod and trying to swim. All because of crab nets. "But I only eat fish" is nothing more than pathetic virtue signaling. If you're not vegan you're the problem
