Hot (and let me emphasize this) damn! I came across a recipe for chocolate cobbler on YouTube that looked amazing and easy & I thought I’d give it a try. It’s like a brownie on top and hot fudge on the bottom. It was not a vegan recipe, but I made a couple of easy swaps. SO good! 🍽️🍜 #vegan #Vegan

I came across this Plantspired Bee Free Honey Garlic chik’n & grabbed it on a whim. I’m super glad I did. The texture of the chik’n was good & the sauce was very flavorful. We added frozen broccoli & cashews & it only took a few minutes to put together. 🍽️🍜 #vegan #VeganFood

I tried the Morningstar Farms chicken wings this weekend. They were good! I would definitely get them again, especially if I didn’t want to/have time to bread chik’n wings myself. We cooked them in the air fryer. They come w/ BBQ & buffalo sauce. #vegan #VeganFood

We made 2 types of eggplant parm & both were great. In one, I dipped the slices in Just Egg before covering them in bread crumbs & it worked really well. The only thing I’d do differently would be to cover the dishes w/ foil during the final baking to help the cheese melt. #vegan #VeganFood

I tried these Morning Star Farms chik’n breasts last night. They come w/ a herb sauce. We started them in the microwave & finished them in the air fryer (the oil on the liner from some roasted veggies, not the chik’n). The dairy-free Nicciolata is my favorite vegan Nutella type spread. It’s so good on pineapple, strawberries or just with a spoon! (Just check the label because not all their varieties are vegan.) 🍜🍽️ #vegan #VeganFood

In my pre-vegan days, I used to like ice cream topped with that chocolate that hardens (like a dip cone but in a cup or magic shell). Turns out it’s easy to make a vegan version at home. All you have to do is melt some chocolate chips w/ a little bit of coconut oil mixed in. 🍜🍽️ #vegan #VeganFood
