Congratulations Detroiters!!! After 13 years of oversight and a junk bond credit rating Moody’s just awarded the City of Detroit with an A rating!!! Great job everyone! There was a lot of sacrifice and loss due to Detroit’s 2013 bankruptcy declaration. The bankruptcy court has closed the case!💙
