YES, Spanish is SO EASY comparatively 😂 Here's something for for you: in Icelandic, NUMBERS also decline, but not all of them, just 1-4. (Pics don't show it, but plurals for 2, 3 and 4 are tvennir, þrennir and fernir, respectively, and they follow the same declension pattern as einir).

Where góður/góðan/góðum/góðs are all declensions of the word "góður," meaning good, and matur/mat/mat/matar are declensions of "matur," which is food. But if you're talking about plural, you've got: ... góðir matar ... ... góða mata ... ... góðum mötum ... ... góðra mata ...

For any language nerds out there, I've reached the part of my Icelandic studies where we're learning about declension of nouns and adjectives. Adjs. change based on the noun they're describing (p common) but then also if it's in the accusative, dative, or genitive forms. Nouns also change. Example:
