My god has USPS gone to shit. It was already shit but now it’s somehow worse.

Really sad seeing all the pics from #VCFMW and not being there this year. BUT I already have something BIG planned for 2027! 🐄 🐮 📦 🖥️ 💻

I tried to run the original AirPort at my exhibit in 2024 but the air was so congested once all the exhibitors fired their stuff up it crashed the AirPort utility!

Brought my WeatherStar XL out to our DFW Retrocomputing meetup again today and it still gets tons of attention! I’ll never tire of talking about it and tinkering with it. Massive thanks as always to @cctl.me for getting it going and continuing to help!

It’s bring your vintage Mac to work day! I’ve been wanting to bring something to work and now this LC III will live in my office for my colleagues to play around with.

Had this one on my eBay watch list for a long while and finally pulled the trigger. Can’t wait to add another funky machine to my Gateway collection! Hopefully I’ll bring a full Gateway exhibit to a future VCF!

As part of VCF Southwest this year I wanted to do a consignment shop and I pulled a couple iMacs to use for the point of sale system. Always nice to use retro machines when able #vcfsw

Finally got around to installing my first MacEffects iMac bezel. I backed the kickstarter for a 3 pack and have been so excited to get them installed. Photos don’t do it justice. The iMac pics are a before and after.

Last Saturday we had another DFW Retro Computing meetup and despite being relatively cold it was an incredible turnout! I brought my mini WeatherRack™️ showing off the WeatherStar XL!

Very well managed IMHO. I’m living in a mess until VCFSW is over. So many things to get through before then!
