This is bullshit. The Army never had authority to determine what qualifies under the Post 9/11 GI Bill. The VA does. Also, ADT, ADSW, and ADOS always fall under 12301(d). This is what I blew the whistle on and was substantiated by OSC. I cannot believe this misinformation is being put out still.

Children were eligible for concurrent receipt prior to 8/1/11 and after if the death was prior to 8/1/11 and they used benefits prior to 8/1/11. The law explicitly stated this. How many kids believed this lie that is being compounded by Trump's bullshit AI site and are being purposefully deprived?

Trump's AI site is protecting him from the truth. The CBO did not state that lowering Chapter 35 benefits to 36 months saved the VA money. It explicitly said it would cost the VA $1.1 billion. The $75 million the site states was money taken from dependents not saved by the VA.
