i was gonna write up something about how they're so pervasive that prevention is impossible but there are two known methods; 1) 'worm grunting'; vibrating a stick driven into the ground to trick worms into thinking it's raining so they surface and you can just pick em up 2)

Another way to remove invasive earthworms are mustard pours. Mustard pours are 1 US gallon (3.8 L) of water and 1/3 cup (~80 mL) ground yellow mustard seed mixed together. This is better for gardens because it can be poured over soil to drive worms to the surface without harming any plants.

Sometimes i think about using the arbitrary numbers that show up in my life in some kind of future puzzle thing. like the numbers in Lost. theres a chance 1,583,479 will matter at some point, if i ever get around to making use of it.

this spider has been living in my car mirror for the last week and every time i go driving i fuck up its web but when i stop and leave for a while it’s come back and rebuilt it. kinda wanna get it to move out just to save it the trouble
