Swen @vanzanten.dev · 06/02/2025Maga no give 2 shits about what Trump or musk do. All they care about is getting under libs their skins 010 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 01/02/2025His body is so weird lol 😂 his back looks like that of a thin little guy and the rest in the front… I have no clue what that is 😅 010 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 22/01/2025You think the maga crowd still worries about this? I’m not sure they do 🤔 020 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 22/01/2025English is not even the official langauge. If i was hispanic living in the us I would surely be worried 010 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 22/01/2025What a fucking baby he is. It’s crazy and I can not get used to it. And the fact that people defend this shit 150 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 10/12/2024Ah okay so I checked the code and because the backtrace of the closure is hashed the code knows when to call the closure again. Really sometimes Laravel freaks me out 😂 010 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 10/12/2024Hmm 🤔 and how does this closure know about the $id? Because you only give the function this closure 100 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 10/12/2024Ah poor he! I'm so sad for him the world doesn't resolve around him or Americans 🥲 000 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 10/12/2024I hate Israel and I'm not anti semitic or a muslim. I will stop hating them when they stop killing innocent people or when they stop oppressing innocent people. 010 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 08/12/2024This is no longer possible because the world around a piece of software changes and faster than back in the day. Try installing that program now on a new OS and you will fail 000 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 08/12/2024Tuesday it was the other way around. Not fair to judge really but today it was shit 😅 2 010 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 06/12/2024I’ve been hearing this for many months now, maybe even years. I’m believing it when Tebas himself says this 😅 000 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 06/12/2024I hope he does! And then celebrates like a tiger 😅 and then it’s called off side 🤪 200 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 05/12/2024It’s never really a good idea to fix something by potentially breaking other stuff. Obviously the last part you can never be sure of but in this case strict mode has a purpose. I’d read about the consequences first before proceeding. But generally I would not turn it off 😬 tinyurl.com/y62zc986manuals.gfi.comDisabling MySQL strict mode on the server 110 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 05/12/2024I’m guessing you can get a lot of things done the same way in other ide’s but since I discovered PhpStrom I never looked back 😄 000 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 05/12/2024Right, I think most do it that way because Laravel encourages it in this way. Which is absolutely fine obviously. For me it’s just since I discovered containers and how it worked it made everything easier like a sunny day 😄 010 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 05/12/2024I used to use tools like these as well and even do local development. But all my troubles went away (haha of course new ones came) with matching the real production environment. Having all the side tools as well, db, redis, elastic, a proxy etc etc. 110 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 05/12/2024Why aren’t you using docker tho? Or my question would be why do Laravel devs rely on these specific tools? 200 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 03/12/2024There is CMS's for Laravel too 😁 the main difference is that frameworks like Laravel are made for all kinds of applications. Whereas WordPress is really designed for only one purpose. 200 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 03/12/2024But yeah, I encourage you to look into it more and learn all about it 👍 000 0
Swen @vanzanten.dev · 03/12/2024I'm surprised there is devs out there that are using WordPress while they can actually use something like laravel 😀 No offense, but tools like WordPress feels like a huge struggle to me. 310 0
