“I can… see that.” Even Vanta’s now realizing it, witnessing Hauyne’s twitching, “I’m personally not a fan of anything too tight. Makes me feel claustrophobic, eugh.” She shakes her head, “Speaking of which, I’m curious. Have you heard of the Aryith Region before?”

"Sure, I'll do that." And just as she turns to move, a blinding flash of light. Then, a pair of masses barrel into both Hauyne and Vanta, pushing them down away from the Cafe's entrance. "Gah--! What the hell!?" Vanta's sight returns, and a certain traveler is all up in her face, "Vola!?" +

"Shayd's not the type to use yellow though, but who am I to disagree with that. Though..." Vanta thinks for a moment, "Where else can we go? The trail just... ends here... Maybe Emma can help, but it's... so late. We can check out the Looker Bureau, but afterwards... I don't know."

She looks around frantically for the source of the sound, before she disappears into fog. "Now what is it?"

One final scene, and the entity is now in front of the Cafe, with Vola catching her breath. The entity turns into a peculiar yellow chest with a moving eye on top. Vola opens it, taking out some shoddily made red plush. Suddenly, Vola shudders, as if a sound spooked her.

"Lysandre Cafe? I already checked that place up and down. Whatever, maybe I missed something." Now just outside the Cafe, Vanta definitely senses... a remnant of Vola's presence, "Maybe it's because of you being near me, but Vola was definitely here. What do you think?"

"We must be getting closer. Keep following me!" They head to the museum, as Vanta waits for Hauyne's scan of the area for clues. "Anything?" Another clue, and this time Vola dives at the entity, misses, and starts chase again, running to Lysandre Cafe. She is clearly mouthing 'Get back here!'

Another scene. Much like the first one, Vola goes over to the spiritual being, speaking to it. Then the being moves quick, with Vola running after it in the direction of the Museum. "More running?"

"Jaune Plaza, Facing the Tower from the shopping boulevard close to Hotel Z... that's this way!" Vanta runs northeast of the tower, and arriving at Jaune Plaza, "How about here? Anything new?" There is in fact, more clues.

Upon detection, a scene plays out to Hauyne's senses. It depicts Vola, having just completed the last Battle Zone of the day, as she stretches. Just as she finishes, she spots... something in the distance, and runs after it, in the direction of Jaune Plaza. "So, what is it?" Vanta asks.

While there aren't physical clues, there are... signs of spiritual activity. Not that of Shayd, but that of smaller, more... peculiar entities. "I don't get it... Are you sure there's nothing?" Perhaps Hauyne could help in that regard.

“…Nevermind, this is going no where.” She sighs. “So, Team Rocket, huh? Wonder if you got your team stomped by a 12 year old yet. That tends to happen a lot regarding criminal organizations like yours.”

“Hm… Does the idea of delicious pancakes remind you of anything?” [ She doesn’t really know how or if that kid she met before relates to Proton in some way, shape, or form, but for some reason, she has a hunch. ]

"Look, Vigil knows you, and by proxy, I know you. And for some reason, I get the feeling that you and that kid I met earlier are connected somehow. Forgot to mention that."

In a similar process, the Mega-esque Gardevoir transforms into a Mega-esque Gallade form, with notable differences such as the demon horns on her head and the angel wings forming the cape. "Looks like that Gallade DNA is putting in work, Seraph?" The Pokemon inspects her form, "Most certainly."

"Hm... Seraph, do you mind if I test this on you? I have a theory." Seraph looks surprised, but then realizes what Vanta is going for, "Very well. I will oblige." Vanta aims at Seraph as the red and black orbs appear again.

“…I’m not?” She shakes her head, “To be blunt, I wasn’t expecting much from you anyways.”

Xion the Silvally barks (?) in confirmation, and Vanta activates the new ability. Red and black orbs permeate the air around her Ring and Xion, and in a blink, Xion’s form changes from a Fire Type to a Water Type. “Woah.”

Vanta rubs the back of her head sheepishly, “Y-Yeah… It’s been twice now that you’ve kinda just been along for the ride, Terry. Regardless, your company is appreciated.” She cups her Omni Ring, and sends out her Silvally, “Xion, we’re gonna try something new, okay?”

Vanta quickly wraps up her tasks and finds the Bonus Ball, getting rewarded with numerous goodies. Just in time, Hoopa comes by to send them all back to regular Lumiose. Vanta stretches, groaning loudly, “That’s another mission done…!

“I’ve got a bit more to do before we leave. Shouldn’t be too long, hang tight.” She jumps down from the rooftop, using her Interceptor powers to get down safely. Seraph just sighs, “Throwing caution to the wind… again.”

She shrugs, “Never said you did owe us anything.”

"No wonder you pushed her away like you did. You really are a piece of shit, aren't you?" She sighs. "Were you always like this? Just wondering."

It falls into Vanta's hands, "Hm? You... want me to catch you?" It lets out a happy cry, once again violently nuzzling into Vanta. "O-Okay, okay! I-I get it! S-Stop that, it tickles!" Vanta holds out the Dream Ball as Flutter Mane bumps into it, letting itself be caught in one shake.

Vanta activates the function, but nothing really happens other than a red and black aura emanating from the Ring. Though, Vanta seems to partially understand what's going on, "Now's not the time to test it out, we should be heading back." Just as Vanta turns away, Flutter Mane drops a Dream Ball.

Vanta seems to just give him an exasperated deadpan look. "...Unlike my hero self, I believe there's some people that just can't change their ways.... you included. I know she's been kinda persistent about it with you, and I don't blame her. But don't worry. I have a slight jaded tint to my sight."
